How to buy.
Jewellery can be purchased easily via the online shop or if you prefer you can place an order over the telephone. If buying online, payments are made through PayPal which is very secure. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this facility and it accepts all major credit or debit cards. Payments can also be made via a bank transfer or by cheque. If you have any questions regarding payments please do not hesitate to contact Luke with any concerns.

Delivery.
Once an order has been received, you will be sent an email giving you an approximate delivery date. If an item is in stock then delivery should be within 5 days. Many items are made to order and so delivery can take up to 2 and a half weeks. If you need an item by a specific date then please contact Luke when placing the order, every effort will be made to meet your deadline. Please note that the delivery of bespoke / commissioned pieces can be up to 4 to 6 weeks.

Returns.
Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, but please contact Luke before sending any item back. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item, providing the item is unworn and in its original packaging. All items must be returned using Royal mails Special Delivery service. Luke Rose Jewellery is not responsible for the cost of returned items or for lost or damaged items whilst in transit. Please note that all commissions / bespoke items are non-returnable.

Ring sizing.
When purchasing via the website you have the opportunity to choose what size you want the ring in. There is also a “not sure” option. If you select this you will automatically receive a ring sizer in the post for you to measure your finger. Once you have your finger size you can either call or email with the measurement. Please note that some of Luke’s ring designs are wide, for these designs we suggest you order 1 UK size larger than your actual finger size for a comfortable fit. If you are in any doubt then please do not hesitate to contact Luke before placing the order or purchasing the item online.

Postage and Packaging.
All postage and packaging charges are included in the price of the all the jewellery on the website. All items come in high quality black box with the Luke Rose logo printed on the outside. The box is then carefully packaged to ensure it isn’t damaged whilst in transit.

Guarantees.
All silver pieces are guaranteed for 12 months. Diamond set pieces should be covered by your own insurance. Although they are the hardest known natural mineral and virtually scratch resistant they are not indestructible. It is therefore sensible to remove diamond set rings during sports or during any form of manual work. A heavy knock can break a diamond or damage the setting.
